Through a large series of contacts starting already from
1999 when the Council was established, with executives from both the
Greek and Romanian governments, the Council has been able to promote
the Hellenic investment activity in Romania, communicate difficulties
and problems that its members face in their activities but mainly it
focuses to the formation of a contemporary, efficient and friendly business
environment that emerges in Romania within the process of the country's
accession to the European Union.
The Council has organised or supported the organisation
of various events aiming to the promotion of the bilateral exchanges
and the strengthening of the collaboration between the two countries.
